Barehands pottery
Olga Daszkowska is a pottery artist who is trying to bring art to people's houses, not only for hanging it on the wall or putting it on the counter, but also for using them in regular daily basis. Following that mission she decided to make all kinds of stuff you can find in the kitchen, so: cups, bowls, plates, soup vases and so on. She believes that by using piece of art everyday, you can be simply more happy. In her work she uses all the colours, textures and shapes that you can find in nature, like the green and brown of forest trees in the summer or the orange of autumn leaves fall.
Hva er grunnen til at du startet med akkurat dette? I started making pottery right after I finished the ceramic course that I got as a Christmas gift. As soon as my hands felt the clay and I managed to make my very first cup, I knew that this is what I want to do.
Hva er det beste med å være sin egen sjef? The awesome thing about having my own small brand is that I can make all of my ideas come true. I can experiment with shapes, with colours and size of the product.
