Handmade statement earrings of recycled brass. Mold Atelier is an Oslo based creative studio making earrings, facilitating collaborations and creating visual storytelling for brands.
We make earrings of lightweight and paper-thin recycled brass. We mold them into sculptural pieces before we sand them down to create our matte golden-white finish.
Brass goes through an oxidation process when exposed to weather and humidity. This is our intention we love the idea that the earrings keep evolving and getting a unique patina after they have left our studio.
However if you want them to look new again create your own polish using juice from a lemon and a teaspoon baking soda.
